Your mission

As a Sales Process Specialist, you are able to deputize the Sales Process Manager: you will be in charge of supporting the Salt Stores for the cash system. You will review, maintain and document the Sales Process. When there are needs for change, you will request and test new functionalities or processes. You will support the delivery of Sales projects as well as Mobile or Fiber projects and participate in the testing.

Your responsibilities

  • Support the cash system for our Salt Stores and solve the daily issues
  • Maintain the accounts, the logins and the logic behind the Salt Home Shop structure
  • Support the creation, the review and the maintenance of the Sales Process and you document them
  • Define, request and test new functionalities in Sales Process and in the cash system
  • Follow up on requests for new functionalities
  • Support Sales team projects and test them
  • Support Fiber and Mobile projects and test them
  • Support the enforcement of Sales Process across all sales channels
  • Deputy of the Sales Process Manager and of the Sales Process Trainee
